It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Florida Heritage Book Festival. The festival, now in its third year, is St. Johns County's first major literary festival.

From an all-day writers workshop to the Literary Legends Banquet honoring Carl Hiaasen, as well as Saturday?s free authors, presentations and children's events, we think you will find something to your liking.

Come join us in beautiful downtown St. Augustine for an opportunity to immerse yourself in all things Florida. I look forward to seeing you at the Festival on September 24-25, 2010.

 FLORIDA HERITAGE BOOK FESTIVAL 2012

This is actually going to be the fifth year for the Festival and I am very happy to have been involved with it since the beginning. I have met so many interesting authors, readers, friends who love books and life-long learning. I encourage everyone to attend this September.

There are some events that do have a cost but the author sessions on Saturday, September 15 are free and they are fabulous.

Check the website and see all the authors participating this year. You won't want to miss it.
