Miller was a project manager during the construction of Walt Disney World in Orlando.The book is a record of his career up to the time of Walt Disney World and during construction. The title is a reference to the fact that although Walt Disney had died two years before construction began on his namesake park, his spirit of quality and integrity still guided the decision that were made during construction.
