I’m trying to get Florida Pioneer status for my Mother and I in Levy County.
We have good ancestry records back to the 1850 census and recently have found
Alexander Stapleton, my Great Great Great Grandfather seems to have voted in the 1845 election. His name appears to be misspelled on the elections records as Elaxander Stapleton? Not sure if that would be acceptable to the Florida Pioneer certification?
