For all of y'all struggling and looking for frugal foods or just wanting some good eats.

Grits.

Grits are cheaper than potatoes, rice, beans or pasta.

Recipe:

Add 1 cup grits to 4 cups water.
Cook on slow simmer.
Stir often to avoid lumps.
Add salt, pepper, and butter.
