It's Why I Moved to Fort Lauderdale

by Robert Martin
(Fort Lauderdale)

I moved to Fort Lauderdale in 1983 after for years after college, admiring the weather, Spring Break events, seeing palm trees at Miami Dolphin games in winter back home in icy cold winters in New Jersey...and decided that I had to move to Fort Lauderdale!

I did and upon arriving here, Pier 66 was the absolute place to go to; rotating roof top lounge, great weather -always beautiful people; it couldn't get any better. Ride Las Olas and the Fort Lauderdale A1A, hit the beach...and boom, head for Pier 66 at night.
Hurry up back Pier 66.
