Born in New Jersey in 1969, Armand has made Florida home since 2001.
He has several books set in Florida, including "Miami Spy Games," nonfiction "A View From My Seat: My Baseball Season With The Jumbo Shrimp" as well as "Dying Days" and "Dirty Deeds" series.
Quite a few of his short stories are set in areas of Florida. He is also a podcast host of two different programs on writing and author interviews and runs Project Entertainment Network, a growing podcast empire of 20 different shows.
