If you live anywhere in Central Florida, you're spoiled for choice when it comes to dining options because there are so many fine restaurants.

However, Ski Beach Bar and Grill in Leesburg is one restaurant that stands out from the rest and is worth a drive to enjoy.

This new restaurant, created by the same owners as Eaton's Beach Sandbar and Grille in Weirsdale, offers a unique dining experience on the Lake Harris waterfront next to Venetian Gardens Park.

With both indoor and outdoor dining options, Ski Beach Bar and Grill has something to offer everyone. If you're looking for a great spot to grab a drink and some appetizers, I highly recommend the bar area.

During my visit, I received excellent service from Jaylene, the bartender on duty that day.

She was attentive and knowledgeable, making sure that my drink and food orders were taken care of promptly.

Speaking of food, Ski Beach Bar and Grill has a fantastic selection of appetizers, including wings, fried green tomatoes, and peel n eat shrimp.

I particularly enjoyed the "Florisiana" specials, which add a Cajun flair to classic dishes.

For my entree, I opted for the "Washday Special," which featured Louisiana Andouille sausage and bronzed chicken over rice with red beans and ham.

The dish was flavorful and delicious, and I would definitely order it again.

Overall, Ski Beach Bar and Grill is a must-visit restaurant for foodies in the Central Florida area.

With its beautiful location on the waterfront and delicious menu items, it's definitely worth leaving the comfort of your hometown for a dining experience that's truly exceptional.
