SEAWORLD ORLANDO
Among Most Popular Florida Tourist Attractions

7007 Sea Harbor Drive
Orlando, FL 32821-8009
Tel: 407-363-2613

SeaWorld Orlando is a theme park and marine-life based zoological park just south of Orlando, Florida, that has become on the most popular Florida tourist attractions.

It is owned and operated by SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, a subsidiary of The Blackstone Group.

When combined with its neighbor Discovery Cove and the Aquatica waterpark, it forms a larger entertainment complex devoted to Earth's oceans and the array of life that inhabits them.

Many of the animals, like Shamu the killer whale and various trained dolphins are featured in SeaWorld shows in Orlando.

Among SeaWorld's shows are: Believe - Clyde and Seamore Take Pirate Island - Blue Horizons - Pets Ahoy - A'Lure The Call of the Ocean - Shamu Rocks - Sea Lions Tonite - Reflections - Elmo and Abby's Treasure Hunt - Shamu Christmas...Miracles.

There are also six rides at SeaWorld, including the tall observation tower called Sky Tower that gives you a spectacular view of the theme park and much of Orlando-land. The rides include Journey To Atlantis, Kraken, Mantis, Wild Arctic Ride and Happy Harbor Rides.

In 2009, SeaWorld hosted an estimated 5.8 to 6.2 million guests, ranking it the seventh-most visited amusement park in the United States and one of the most visited Florida tourist attractions.

Any visit to Orlando will likely include trips to the big three: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios Florida and SeaWorld. These are clearly the most popular Florida tourist attractions.
